안녕하세요, ooo치과병원에 전화 주셔서 감사합니다.
Patient : Yes, I would like to have an appointment this morning; I need to see a dentist
immediately please. My tooth is aching.
네, 오전 중으로 예약을 하고 싶습니다. 급히 의사선생님을 뵈어야할 것 같아요. 치아에 통증이 있어요.
Coordinator : Sir/Ma'am our office hours start at 10am-7pm but our vacant slot for today's
appointment will be at 3pm, would it be altight if you will be scheduled at this time?
저희 진료시간은 오전 10시부터 오후 7시까지이며, 오늘 예약 가능 시간은 오후 3시
입니다. 이 시간으로 예약을 해 드려도 괜찮으신가요?
Patient : I want to see a dentist, it is an emergency!
진료를 받고 싶다구요. 급해요!
Coordinator : We are sorry about that but we only follow our company's policy for first time, first serve basis for appointment, but we can accommodate you if one of our clients will not be able to attend to their scheduled appointments, please give us your name, contact number so we would be able to notify tou soon as we will have aborted schedules before 3pm but we would still enlist you for 3pm schedule in case there will be no changes that will happen before 3pm.
죄송합니다만, 저희 병원의 원칙상 먼저 예약하시는 분을 우선적으로 진료하도록 되어 있습니다. 하지만 예약하신 고객님께서 예약된 시간에 오지 못하시는 경우 고객님을 진료해드릴 수 있으니, 성함과 연락처를 남겨주십시오. 그러면 저희가 3시 이전에 예약이 최소되는 즉시 연락드리도록 하겠습니ㅣ다. 하지만 만약 3시 이전까지 예약 상황에 변동이 없다면 3시 진료로 예약을 해드릴 수밖에 없습니다.
